They disregard your freedom as a consumer and force you to spend money on a product or service you may no longer need or want. These service contracts are rarely legally binding and are meant to serve the interests of the service provider.
To demonstrate our solid commitment to serving the best interests of our customers, we’ve created a Pledge of Service signed by us- not you. Through it we promise to always look for ways we can make using Blue Tiger worth your while. Never diluting the quality of our service under the ‘protection’ of a contract.
